Rugby Children's Contact Centre

Meeting Rules

A child/children cannot be dropped off at the centre. There must be a parent with them at all times.

Each family will be reviewed after three months to see if any of the arrangements need changing. For example, the times and frequency of the visits.

There is a no smoking policy operating throughout the centre, as per government legislation.

Any use of cameras, videos, mobile phones or any other image creation equipment is not permitted.

We support the volunteer's right to refuse entry to anyone behaving unreasonably and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

To help the smooth running of the centre, we ask that parents call to advise that they will not be attending the centre that week.
